Between the content revision, study skills, exam technique and study planner we truly believe that every student who completes a Big Think Workshop, including the practice exam provided in between workshops, will have the skills and tools to pass their exams with confidence. For this reason we offer a money back guarantee for anyone who fails the course for which they complete our Workshop. 

Failing one Achievement standard in the exam will not qualify you for a refund, a refund will only be provided if the entire course is failed. We will require a copy of the official results from NZQA in order to process a refund inquiry.

Refunds

We cannot provide refunds to students who book and then change their mind. If a student wishes to change the time and date of a workshop we will strive to make the change available but we cannot promise that it will be possible. 

Location

Our final location is still being confirmed. Any customers ordering before confirmation will be notified of the final location. If this is not suitable for them we will happily provide a refund.
